How it was made

  • Model: MiniMax H3 turbo on our own Hugging Face copy, at 768 × 1344. We kept the native size for this film.
  • Inputs: a start frame and an end frame, the rock and the finished golem holding the lighthouse, so the model only had to fill the transformation.
  • Alternatives tried: H3 full, Seedance 2.0 Fast in Dreamina, and Google Flow, before this version was chosen.
